I’m Matija Bicanic — a Zurich-based football consultant and agent. Through Smart ScoutPro I help professional clubs scout, plan and recruit, and guide players through the career around the game.

My background is football first — 25 years in and around the professional game, the last 15 of those focused on analytics, statistics and scouting. In 2022 I founded Smart ScoutPro in Zurich to bring that work together under one roof: a small, hands-on consultancy serving professional clubs and the players they sign.

I work in English, German, Croatian and Serbian, which keeps me useful across the DACH region, the Balkans and beyond. My job, on most days, is to translate — data into a recommendation, a scout’s note into a transfer brief, a player’s ambition into a workable plan.
